Hotel Zlata ribica - a perfect location for flyfishing
Hotel Zlata ribica is an excellent choice for fishermen. Idrijca River flows right in front of the hotel entrance. Most of the rooms and apartments have a view over this beautiful river, flowing only thirty (30) meters from the hotel. Soča River and its lake are located four kilometers from the hotel. Bača River flows a kilometer away, therefore within a walking distance. Trebušica River flows five kilometers from the hotel, therefore it is the most distant of the said rivers. |

All these rivers are a natural habitat for Soča trout, brook trout and their crossbreeds, rainbow trout and grayling, which is very appreciated by fishermen. On prior arrangement, we organize transport and guides to all the said and also more distant rivers. It is possible to fish in the lake from the boat we provide for. Fishing season lasts from April until the end of October, thereof the high season between May and June, the time when many insects fly over the rivers.
